Last updated: February 24, 2026

1. Scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website and any business consulting services provided by AMERICAN RHEUMATOLOGY NETWORK, LLC.

2. Business consulting only

We provide business and operations consulting services. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or patient care. Nothing on this site or in our deliverables should be interpreted as clinical, medical, or legal advice.

3. Engagement agreements

Specific consulting engagements are governed by written proposals, statements of work, or similar documents agreed by both parties. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the signed engagement agreement will control for that engagement.

4. Payments

Fees, billing schedules, and payment methods are outlined in your proposal or invoice. Payments are typically processed digitally. You agree to pay all amounts due in accordance with the agreed terms.

5. Refunds

Our approach to refunds for consulting services is described in our Refund Policy. Because consulting involves time and expertise, refunds are generally tied to milestones rather than time elapsed.

6. Confidentiality

Each engagement may include confidentiality provisions. We respect the confidentiality of your non-public information and expect you to treat our non-public methods and materials similarly.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain ownership of methodologies, templates, and frameworks used in our work, while you may receive a license to use deliverables internally for your organization.

8. No guarantees

Consulting outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific financial, operational, compliance, or clinical results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you arising out of or related to this website or our services is limited to the fees you have paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
