All consulting services are delivered digitally. We do not provide in-person services or ship physical products.

2. Delivery methods

Depending on the engagement, delivery may include:

• Video or audio conference sessions.
• Digital reports, workflow diagrams, and presentations.
• Spreadsheets, templates, or dashboard specifications.
• Email summaries and follow-up notes.

3. Timelines

Typical project timelines range from 2 to 8 weeks, depending on scope and availability of your team members. These timelines are estimated and will be confirmed in writing in your proposal.

4. Scheduling

We will coordinate with you to schedule meetings and workshops at mutually acceptable times, taking into account time zones and staffing constraints.

5. Delays

If delays occur due to factors outside our control (for example, limited stakeholder availability or changes in scope), we will work with you to adjust timelines and expectations.
